How long does shipping take?
Most orders go out within 1–2 business days. After that, standard domestic delivery is usually 5–10 business days, and international is 10–20 business days. Express options are available at checkout if you need it sooner. Keep in mind these are estimates — customs and carrier delays can add time.
Can I return something if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. The item needs to be in original condition — shoes showing normal wear are still eligible within that window, but clothing and hats must be unworn and unwashed. Just reach out through the contact page with your order number and we’ll walk you through it.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Shipping costs and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on where you are. Just a heads-up: any customs fees or import taxes are on you, not us.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a size guide with measurements. We generally suggest sizing up if you’re between sizes — a slightly roomier fit tends to work better. Still unsure? Send us a message and we’ll help you figure it out.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus whatever digital wallets are available in your region. Everything goes through a secure checkout, so your payment details stay protected.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and what you need. Once it’s with the carrier, it’s out of our hands — but you can always start a return after it arrives.
My package says delivered but I don’t have it. What now?
Check with neighbors, your front desk, or your local post office first — it’s often sitting somewhere nearby. If it’s truly missing, let us know through the contact page and we’ll file a claim with the carrier.
How do I stay updated on new drops?
Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of any page. You’ll get first looks at new collections, restock alerts, and the occasional heads-up before things sell out.
